President/Founder
Monica Morgan
Monica has been in the Property Management Industry since 2001 on both the Student Housing and Conventional sides. Monica has served in many on-site positions as well as in leadership executive roles with notable management company industry leaders.
She brings a wealth of knowledge and has been instrumental in guiding team success in dozens of assets across the nation.
Chief Integration Officer
Samantha Hampton
Samantha has been in the Student Housing industry for over 10 years. She started as a Community Assistant while in college. Samantha works with dozens of assets on a daily basis to ensure they are meeting goals and targets for all operational tasks.
Samantha challenges her teams in their collection efforts as well as conducting asset inspections to ensure all assets are in line with company expectations and standards. Samantha is also co-heading FLUID, our new utility evaluation service.
Chief Financial Officer
Kristal Veal
Kristal joined the team in October 2018, bringing over 20 years of property, financial, and management experience. Kristal currently oversees the financial, accounting, human resources, and administrative affairs of The Pivotal Companies as Chief Financial Officer.
Kristal has served in a number of on-site positions from Assistant Manager to Systems Specialist to General Manager, as well as held leadership and executive roles. Kristal is one of our flex players, ready and willing to switch hats at a moments notice on any clients behalf. Kristal is also co-heading FLUID, our new utility evaluation service.
Chief Operating Officer
Donna Davidson
Active in the Student and Multifamily industry since 2001, Donna brings 20 years of operational experience and expertise in property management; from new developments, to stabilizing acquisitions, to rebranding communities, and multi-million-dollar rehabs.
As Director of Business Development, Donna is responsible for sourcing new business for all Pivotal platforms and ensuring brand awareness of Pivotal within both the Student and Multifamily sectors. With her in-depth knowledge and passion for operations, Donna will be able to strategize and customize our services to the needs of our clients.

Tanner Simmons
Tanner has over 12 years of industry experience in the Student, Multifamily, and Military Housing Industry. He was named Leasing Manager of the Year in 2017 and nominated three other subsequent times. Tanner has assisted with asset stabilization, new acquisitions, new developments, and stabilized assets all over the country.
As Director of Operations, Tanner oversees Outreach Marketing, The Secret Shopper Experience, assists clients with Onsite and Virtual Assistance including but not limited to; Remote Lead Management, Employee Recruitment, and Due Diligence File Audits. With Tanner’s operational experience in a wide variety of industry services, he is sure to be a pivotal resource in your team’s corner.

Meet Britt, our Marketing Director at The Pivotal Companies. With a knack for leading impactful marketing campaigns, managing digital ads, and being our resident web wizard, Britt is at the forefront of our brand's strategic outreach.
Based in NW Arkansas, Britt effortlessly balances her professional life with being a devoted wife and mother of three. Her commitment to both family and work is reflected in her empathetic approach to solving challenges faced by on-site teams. Through discovery calls, she collaborates on digital solutions that simplify their lives.
With a rich background encompassing four years in student housing, seven years in digital marketing, and nine years in accounting, Britt brings a unique perspective to our team. Her expertise extends beyond numbers and pixels, making her a holistic leader in our dynamic environment.
